Fobs are managed by Rebloom Ltd and the access control system is maintained by DPE Systems on behalf of Tobacco Wharf Management Company.


If you require additional fobs, or have lost or misplaced your fob and need a replacement to access the communal entrance to your block, these should be requested via the official request form (linked within this article) and paid for in advance.

Payment should be made via BACS transfer using the details above. We cannot take card payments for communal fobs.


Fobs carry a charge of £23 + VAT per fob to cover the cost of programming and distribution etc. and can take up to 5 working days to deliver. Any requested fobs will have to be paid for in full by the relevant party before they are distributed. Please note, it can take 2 working days to determine if payment has cleared and fobs will not be dispatched until payment has cleared in the bank. If you are a tenant and are not responsible for additional payments for fobs, please have your relevant landlord or letting agent submit the request. Please share this relevant information with them so that they are fully aware of lead times.


If you have misplaced the keys to your apartment or post box, please contact your estate agent, landlord or letting agent. Rebloom are responsible for the communal areas only and these items are not provided under the block management service.


If you are a new leaseholder, please ensure that you have been handed all of the relevant fobs and keys from the seller.
